Lawrence M. "Old Geeser" Henson, 80, of Waterford, and formerly of Troy and Palms, died Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2007.
Mr. Henson was retired from the Ford Motor Co., and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his children, Jim (Dorothy) Henson, Judy Walker, Bill Henson, Nancy (Edward) Rhinehart, David (Carol) Henson, Kathy (Scott) Voyles, Marion (Dave) Riley, Kim Henson (John Forslund), Chris Henson and Gregg (Nicole) Henson; siblings, Leonard (Norma) Fobar and Christine (Don) Pease; 22 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife, Gail; child, Robin Henson; and brother, James Henson.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Riverside Chapel of Simpson-Modetz Funeral Home, 5630 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, with the Rev. Jim Combs officiating.
Visitation is noon-1 p.m. Monday.
